The Moura-Safara Subsystem, is part of the water supply system of Moura and Barrancos municipalities , integrating the Águas Públicas do Alentejo high level systems.

- Construction of 1 reservoir (2 x 1000 m3);
- 23.5 km of gravity ducts, in DCI and Steel, DN 300;
- 4 km of eduction pipes, in DCI, DN 400 and
- Rehabilitation of two reservoirs (1 x 150 m3 and 1 x 750 m3), as well as the construction of its delivery points.
