The Amraoua Hotel, located in Tizi Ouzou, has 130 rooms (3 prepared for guests with reduced mobility) and 13 suites (1 prepared for guests with reduced mobility), gourmet restaurant, bar, several sports fields and swimming pool.
The intervention aimed at remodelling the existing building, namely:
- Modernization of the hotel entrance;
- Transformation of the old disco space to install a fitness centre and SPA;
- Renovation and modernization of accommodation;
- Accesses prepared for guests with reduced mobility;
- Improvement of the hotel's lobby, with the introduction of natural light;
- Creation of a new dressing room with cabinets for employees;
- Modernization of technical areas.
