Partial Intervention in Colombo Shopping Centre

This intervention concerns the modification of some shops of small and large dimension and also the parking garages, as well as the service corridors that are located near those shops.

The intervention will be accomplished in 3 phases:

• 1st Phase: Floor 0 - Adjustment of WORTEN current store to accommodate the future store SPORT ZONE and also the expansion of the existing store H&M.
• 2^ndPhase: Floor 1 - Conversion of the current SPORT ZONE store into several new stores and expansion of the existing mall area in front this store. This mall area will integrate a space that will be accommodating a future installation of mechanical stairs, connecting the floor below to this floor.
• 3^rdPhase: Floor 0 – Conversion of the current AKI store into several new stores and expansion of the existing mall area in front of this store. Expansion of the current H&M store as well as modifications on several other existing stores. Execution of openings in the mall floor slabs in order to install several mechanical stairs that will connect the -3 floor to the 0 floor.
