The Loulé - Faro Congress Centre, is a modern unit with a total construction area of 22 100 m2, comprising:
- an auditorium with a capacity of 1800 places ;
- 2000 m2 of commercial and offices áreas ;
- the Algarve Pavilion with an area of 4000 m2 ;
- a foyer with an area of 2000 m2 besides all the kitchen and support services required for this type of equipment.
The detailed design comprised the following specialities:
- Earth Moving, Containment, Foundations and Structures ;
- Electrical Equipments and Installations, Mechanical and Electromechanical, HVAC ;
- Data and Voice Structured Network ;
- Water Supply and Fire Water Networks ;
- Domestic Residual Waters and Pluvial Drainage Networks ;
- Centralized Technical Management ;
- Gas Network ;
- Integrated Security ;
- Installations and Equipments for Personnel and Goods Transportation ;
- Health and Safety Plan.
