Monastery of Pombeiro

The Contract consists of the Recovery and Strengthening of Structure of the Roofing of the  Wing Sacristy, including the following main works:

• Demolition: survey of all existing tile and eaves (502 m²) and a survey of all existing bodywork;
• Laying of PVC screens, installation of new tile channel (502 m²); execution of finishing interior walls of rooms catechesis, including bastard lime plaster (985 m²);
• Supply of parts in national chestnut or oak for replacement of damaged elements; recovery of the entire wooden structure of the toppings; placement of lining dust coverin national chestnut or oak; placement of sub-tile (502 m²); treatment and protection of all wood parts coverage and new wood;
• Paint oil paint on wood work, including removal of existing paint; white wash interior plaster walls and ceilings (985 m²); painting decorative elements; application of varnish on wooden floors in the rooms of catechesis and corridors of the sacristy wing (292 m²).
