Cabinda Centrality Project, located in the province of Cabinda on the perimeter of the village of Tchibodo, east of the city of Cabinda, comprises 36 lots, 90 3-storey buildings, with a total of 1 002 apartments.
The construction area is 145,186 m2 and includes:
- 78 T4-2A apartments with 123 m2;
- 156 T4-1A apartments with 116 m2;
- 384 T4-1B apartments with 121 m2 and
- 384 T4-1B apartments with 98 m2.
The execution of the following external infrastructure networks is part of the Contract:
- water (6 500 m);
- electricity (1 304 m at medium voltage + 12 725 m at low voltage);
- 5 transformation stations;
- telecommunications (15 800 m);
- sewers (4 300 m) and rainwater drainage (7 800 m);
- roads (69 315 m2), including sidewalks (18 764 m2) and car parking (17 850 m2).
The construction project also includes a Primary School with a gross construction area of 3 444 m2, a Kindergarten with a gross construction area of 1267 m2, a Supermarket with a gross construction area of 410 m2 and a Medical Post with a gross construction area of 1 560 m2.
