The Capari Centrality project, located in the northeast of Luanda, comprises the construction of 250 residential buildings (11 blocks) with Ground Floor+1, totalling 4 000 apartments, of the type T3-1 (84.38 m) and T3- 2 (82.37 m).

The land area is approximately 90.5 ha, being the construction area of 341 150 m.

The project includes the implementation of the following collective social equipment:

  • Primary school (gross building area: 3 444 m);
  • Nursery (deployment area: 5 153 m);
  • Police station (deployment area: 2 111 m);
  • Club (deployment area: 2 900 m);
  • Clinic (deployment area: 6 865 m);
  • Supermarket (deployment area: 414 m);
  • Secondary School, including playing fields (deployment area: 22 330 m).

The project also includes the construction of the urbanization infrastructure: road network (18.7 km) including sidewalks and signalling, water supply networks (22.2 km of pipes, excluding the internal networks of buildings), drainage network of wastewater and rainwater (22.9 km and 16.0 km of pipes, respectively), fire-fighting network, electricity distribution network, telecommunications, public lighting and landscaping.
