Kilamba Kiaxi Centrality, inserted in the Province of Luanda, is located northwest of the city of Luanda, at a distance of approximately 30 km. This centrality occupies an area of 880 ha and is estimated to an occupation of 120,000 inhabitants (1st Phase).
The centrality is developed in a reticulated orthogonal mesh, based on a layout of linear but clearly hierarchical axes, according to a transverse north/south and east/west longitudinal orientation, framing 44 blocks.
The central area is essentially occupied by areas of services and commerce and a green area for stay and leisure.
Regarding the residential area, 20 002 dwellings are planned (Phase 1) distributed in high, medium and low density buildings, with 5 to 13 floors.
The Project also includes the construction of a road network and associated infrastructure for a total length of 308 km and the construction of kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, support and incentive centers for children, a hospital, market, a public transport terminal and, commercial, services and leisure areas.
