The new city occupies an area of 500 ha and is estimated to have a total occupancy of 30 024 inhabitants (1st Phase).

The city develops in a radial structure. With the exception of the city center, the occupation of urban space is essentially destined to residential buildings (monofunctional zone). In this residential area 5 004 dwellings were built (Phase 1) distributed in high, medium and low density buildings, with 5, 9, 11 and 18 floors.

The Project also includes the construction of a road network and associated infrastructure over a total length of 53 km, as well as the construction of kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, support and incentive centers for children, hospital, market, hypermarket, public transport terminal, commercial, service and leisure areas.
