KM44 Centrality

The KM44 Centrality Project comprises the construction of 2 248 apartments spread over 9 blocks, in 2-storey buildings, with a total construction area of 216 467 m².

The construction of the following urbanization infrastructures is also part of the project:

• Road network: 6.14 km (43 205 m²);
• Landscape Design: 285,000 m²;
• Parking areas: 55 200 m²;
• Execution of concrete walkways: 4 400 m²;
• Water supply network: 23 925 m;
• Wastewater drainage networks: 17 324 m;
• Stormwater drainage networks: 3800 m;
• Electric distribution network, telecommunications and public lighting;
• 1 Substation of 60/15 kVA from where the power is supplied to 8 Transforming Stations;
• 1 Pumping Station for the wastewater drainage network.

The project also includes the construction of a primary school, with a total construction area of  2 224 m².
