Training in Measurements and Budgets in Project Design and Construction Works

The course on Measurements and Budgets in Project Design and Construction Works was held in Luanda during 3 days, in a total of 22 hours, focusing on the following goals:

• Knowledge of measurement rules and works’ organization;
• Training on manufacture and sales costs;
• Elaboration of the Bill of Quantities, and Billing and Payment Reports.

At the end of this course each participant received a copy of the book "Rules of Measurement" (LNEC).
