Urban Requalification in Fátima

Interventions that characterize the present Contract are subdivided in the following projects:

Treatment of Outer Space

• Demolition of existing buildings.
• Deforestation, land clearing and up rooting of intervention work.
• Installation of Street Furniture.
• Execution of Works containment.
• Works of street lighting and Landscaping.

Road Network

Refurbishment and widening of pedestrian areas, parking and existing circulation:

• Paving of pedestrian area in Causeway Limestone: 6100 m2
• Paving of the roads to reclassify with bituminous hot mix: 4000 m2

Public Infrastructure Systems

Realization of a network infrastructure, including water supply, storm drainage, electricity and telecommunications, a summary on the quantities envisaged are presented:

• Network of Water Supply:
• Piping PVC PN10 (DN160): 695 ml

Storm Waterdrainage network:

• PP corrugated tubing SN8 (DN 200): 154 ml
• PP corrugated tubing SN8 (DN 315): 92 ml
• PVC Pipe PN 4 (DN200): 204 ml
