Elaboration of the Studies and Projects for the House of Sportsmen with Sport Training Centre, which includes the following infrastructures:
- Areas for Outdoor and Indoor Sports Activities (1 650 m2): 2 soccer fields with automatic irrigation system, 1 covered pavilion for all indoor sports with stand and 2 outdoor fields with lighting;
- Areas for Physical Recovery Activities (225 m2): 1 Therapeutic Gym with equipments, 1 area with Hydro-massage pool and space for massages, Medical Office, Cabinet for Physiotherapists, Nursing Office and Room for collection of equipment and materials;
- Complementary Service Areas (1 205 m2): TV Projection Room, Meeting Room, Cafeteria, Projection Room and Training Room;
- Accommodation and Logistic Areas for Athletes and Trainers (1 241 m2): 30 Double rooms with toilet and shower, 16 Simple rooms with toilet and shower, 1 Outdoor pool, 1 Bar by the pool, 1 Interior Recreation and Leisure area and 1 Laundry Room;
- Areas of Administrative and Management Sectors (517 m2): Reception, Director Office, 2 Subdirectors Cabinets, Meeting Room, Reprographics Room, Separated Sanitary Facilities for public and employees, Protocol Room, Archive Room, Accounting Room, Computer Server Room, Warehouse, Heritage Room and Purchases Room;
- Landscaping: Accesses, Parking, Surrounding Garden, Fencing of all surrounding areas.
