The works in the Terminal Section of the São João Stream included the construction of:
- Regularisation/correction of the final section of this stream, comprising all the containment and guiding works up to the sea front.
- Remodelling of the urban design and landscape architecture for the surroundings of the new stream layout, articulating the integration of the hydraulic works and the maritime works.
- Execution of the necessary engineering works for the road network changes.
Replacement of the affected technical networks and urban infrastructures (Electricity and Telecommunications, Water Supply Networks, Storm Drainage Networks, and Wastewater Drainage Network).
