The Housing Development covers a gross construction area of more than 35,500 m2 and provides for the construction of 28 buildings and six semi-detached houses, totalling 268 dwellings of varying types (T1 to T4). This project is part of the ‘1st Right - Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR)’ programme, intended to facilitate access to decent housing for people in precarious housing conditions.

  • STRUCTURES

All the construction methods and materials used in the buildings are commonplace and easy to install, enabling a more efficient execution. The structures will be prefabricated in reinforced concrete frames, with hollow core slabs with optimised spans for greater durability and sustainability.

  • ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY

The project also stands out for its integration of renewable energy through photovoltaic panels, with a self-consumption logic that reduces dependence on the public grid and benefits residents with reduced energy costs. The estimated contribution of electricity from the solar photovoltaic system(s) to DHW production is 60 %. The air conditioning and domestic hot water (DHW) solutions exceed the requirements of the nZEB directive (buildings with almost zero energy needs) by 20 per cent, promoting comfort and energy efficiency.
