The building is formed by a garage on the ground floor and 4 floors for housing, one of them being the loft and backyard with about 230 m2. The area of each floor is of about 415 m2.
In structural terms the building is of the Pombal type, formed by a structure of resistant walls, mixing together masonry and wood disposed in Sto. André crosses, covered with mortar plaster of lime and sand.
The Rehabilitation Project included structural solutions to resolve existing pathologies, simultaneously with the general improvement of the building and the reorganization of the internal areas, ameliorating its functional performance and rendering the building ready and updated for use.
