Studies and Design for the construction of a Campus that will serve the future Institute of Communication Sciences of Luanda, to be built in a plot of land with about 76,000 m2.
The functional sectors to be considered refer to:
- Formal learning center (1840 m2):
Includes classrooms, laboratories, workshops, studios and rooms for groups; - Library core / resource center (725 m2):
It is assumed as the "heart" of the school; - Nucleus of sports spaces (1510 m2):
Prepared to be used not only by the school community, but also by the surrounding community. It includes gymnasium, multi-sports pavilion, covered and uncovered fields and bathhouses’ zones; - Nucleus of social spaces (1460 m2):
Concentration of social activities. Includes student nucleus, multi-purpose room, convenience store (including bookstore / stationery and reprography) and bar/canteen; - Reception, management/administration and general services center (400 m2);
- Nucleus of Direction (238 m2):
Includes work offices, meeting rooms and reception areas; - Teachers' nucleus (625 m2):
It includes the Teachers' Room, Individual Cabinets, Material Storage rooms and Meeting Rooms; - Nucleus of employees (55 m2):
Includes Break room with pantry and clothing area; - Halfway House (257 m2):
Capacity to accommodate 4 people in single rooms, with office spaces and work areas.
