The project comprises the execution of the rehabilitation works of the current headquarters building of Banco Poupança e Crédito (BPC), located in the center of Luanda city, next to Luanda Bay.
The exterior design maintains the original building format, but new materials, dynamic lines and lighting effects applied to the building will make the image of the building, and therefore of BPC, new and future-oriented.
The building consists of a volume with 21 levels above the ground (ground floor + 1st floor and + 19 equal floors) and one level below ground. There will be a total occupation of the plot of land, mainly at the level of the underground floor, which will be destined for technical areas.
The building is intended for the use of services, offices and a bank agency, and the ground floor and 1st floor will be occupied by BPC's central bank agency. The remaining 19 floors will be offices.
The building comprises a gross construction area of 15 138 m2.
