Rehabilitation of Chitato

This building was declared as Classified Heritage in 1996 by the Republic of Angola.

The rehabilitation intends to give back the old brightness to one of Chitato's Municipality emblem, as well as bring it into the present century, equipping it with telecommunications and air conditionning infrastructures, keeping its original architecture.

The Chitato Palace will serve as residence of local dignitaries and governmental visits and will accommodate services related to Provincial Government and Municipal Administration.

The rehabilitation includes the assessment, replacement and modernization of water supply and drainage network, electrical and telecommunications network and HVAC, rehabilitation of the roof, carpentries and civil construction in general.
