Luanda´s Bay

Construction works of the urban infrastructures of Parcel A, with a total area of about 10 ha, resulting from the urban requalification and reorganization of Luanda’s Bay waterfront, and intended for the implantation of 19 construction plots for residential and office buildings, comprising the following main works:

• Construction of the road network;
• Construction of Hydraulic, Electrical and Telecommunications Infrastructures;
• Construction of the Promenade and green areas;
• Construction of a wastewater pumping station;
• Construction of a Medium Voltage Transformation Station.
