Azinhaga das Galhardas

This is a new Real Estate development with high quality and a total area of about 44,000 m2. The structural elements are:

• Twenty structural floors from which 3 are underground (12000 m2 for parking and 5000 m2 for services) and 16 are above ground (26500 m2 for apartments);
• The floors are reinforced concrete flat slabs 0.30 m thick in the above ground floors and waffle type with lost moulds (0.40 m thick) in the underground floors;
