The intervention included the survey and assessment of existing pathologies, including the preparation of the respective Inspection Reports, Geometric Survey and the Rehabilitation and/or Structural Strengthening Projects of five buildings with 4 to 7 floors of collective housing, in reinforced concrete, in a total construction area of 11 396 m2.
In addition to defining technically adequate solutions for the identified anomalies (material degradation, reinforcement corrosion, waterproofing problems), the intention was to return the original architectural traces of the facades of these buildings, which underwent profound transformations or adaptations throughout their existence.
The set of planned interventions also included the restructuring and modernization of all gas, water and sewage, electricity, telecommunications and air conditioning infrastructures, taking into account both the functional aspects and the comfort and safety needs of the residents.
