Caxito Agroindustrial Technology Transfer Center

The complex, to be implemented in an area of around 13 000 m², comprises two buildings, the Technology Transfer Center and the Microbiology and Physical-Chemistry Laboratory. The Technology Transfer Center is divided into two bodies: the first includes the administrative, laboratory and training areas; the second includes work areas and logistical support.

The detail design includes the preparation of the following projects:

• General Architectural Design;
• Landscaping and Exterior Infrastructures Design;
• Foundations and Structures Design;
• Water and Sewage Installations and Equipment Design;
• Design of Process Water Facilities and Equipment;
• Design of Electrical and Telecommunications Installations;
• Ventilation and Air Conditioning Project – HVAC;
• Integrated Fire Safety Design;
• Design of Domestic and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plants (Developed at Base Project level);
• Consumption Water Treatment Plant Design (Developed at Base Project level);
• Design of Industrial Fluid Plants and Networks;
• Design of the Installation and Process Equipment Definition.
