The facilities consist of three separate structures of distinct shape and purpose, identified as follows:
- Block A – Main Building
- Block B – Entrance Control Building
- Block C – Technical Facility
The building is an office building and consists of two four-storey wings plus a basement floor that are linked to each other by a central block.
The building is raised relative to the ground in order to allow air to flow under the pavement of the ground floor (level 0).
