The Plan was developed with the main objective of establishing Technical Standards and Economic and Environmental Studies, with a view to regulating the activities of Correction of the rivers beds of Lima and Cávado, ensuring the safety of people and goods, and the needs of the user sectors, moving towards a sustainable exploitation of the National Water Domain.
The Plan was developed in the following phases:
1st: Characterization and Analysis of Reference Situation;
2nd: Diagnosis of the Reference Situation;
3rd: Project Plan
4th: Environmental Assessment Plan.
Assignment
Participation in the General Coordination. Responsibility and technical development throughout the different phases of the plan in the following areas: soils, land use, hydrological extreme situations and modeling of gross erosion and sediments production
