Waste Sorting Station of the West Multimunicipal System

The waste sorting station with a capacity of 4 t/h, is a totally automatic infrastructure that through a set of complementary systems (suction, electro-magnetic and optical) is prepared to separate plastic, ferrous metals, HDPE, aluminium,glass, card, between others, followed by pressing and baling.

The sortingis formed by the following equipment:

• 1 Rotation Sieve
• 1 Sacks Opener
• 1 Ballistic Separator
• 2 Optical Separators with a two-way valve
• 1 Optical Separator with a one-way valve
• 2 Suction systems of automatic film
• 1 Packaging press
• 1 Installation for the Processing of Paper/Card (baling)
• 1 Installation to receive glass.
