- Reformulation of interchanges of Buraca (IC19) and Pontinha (IC16), partially in use.
- Links with Damaia, Portas de Benfica, Benfica round about and replacement of affected roads to ensure the restoration of urban road network and provide access to the surrounding areas to the IC17, as well as a section of the IC16, representing a total of about 14 km of new roads.
