The Roads and Bridges’ Development, Improvement/Rehabilitation and Maintenance Works, in the District of Oé-Cusse at East Timor, comprising about 50 km of roads, was divided into 2 parcels:

Parcel I - Pante Macassar/Tono and Pante Macassar/Sakato Stretches

This parcel consisted on the execution of approximately 22 km of track and included:

  • Section with 16 m wide: 4 lanes with 3.5 m wide each, totalizing 14 m, a median with 2 m and sidewalks 3.5 m wide on each side;
  • Section with 14 m wide: 2 lanes with 3.5 m wide each, totalizing 7 m, with sidewalks of 3.5 m on each side;
  • Roundabouts, 5 Bridges, Culverts, Signaling and Safety Equipment, Public Lighting and Retention Structures.

Parcel II - Pante Macassar Urban Network

This parcel consists of the execution of approximately 28 km of track and includes:

  • 2 lanes with a width of 3, 25 m each and a U-shaped trench on each side, of about 0.8 m, for a total of 8.9 m wide;
  • 2 lanes 3.5 m wide each, with 3.5 m sidewalks, totaling 14 m wide;
  • Rondabouts, 2 Bridges, Culverts, Signaling and Safety Equipment, Public Lighting and Retention Structures.
