TPF Consultores was selected by the Ministry of Health, as a consultant on technical analysis of the proposals for new hospitals members of the 2nd phase of the Public Private Partnership Program (PPP) in health sector in Portugal.
In this context, the provision included the preparation of clarification to parts of the process that instructed the Procurement Procedure with Prior Qualification to the conclusion of the Contract for the Management of Hospital Buildings of Eastern and Central Lisbon and Central Algarve, as well as the technical analysis of the proposals and follow-up of Previous Hearings.
The complexity and size of the infrastructure assessment, proposed by several competitors for these Hospital Buildings-Eastern Lisbon Hospital (HLO) and Central Algarve Hospital (HCA), with respectively 789 and 549 beds and 145 884 and 163 130 m² of area of construction-led to the mobilization of a large team, in the areas of architecture and in various branches of engineering.
Also within the PPP Program, TPF Consultores cooperated with the ACSS in the analysis and definition of the location of the new Vila Franca de Xira Hospital.
