Project for the possible construction of an Hotel at Parque das Nações, with 14 storey (of which two are underground), with a total construction area above ground of 21 000m2 and 15 700 m2 underground.
The detailed design comprised the following disciplines:
- Water networks;
- Residual waters drainage network;
- Gas networks;
- Centralized technical management;
- Climatization;
- Electrical equipments and telecommunications;
- Mechanical installations, includes lifts and escalators;
- Safety;
- Solid wastes.
